Q: How do I place an order with BLINKEEZ.COM?

A: It's super easy to place an order with BLINKEEZ.COM. You can place an order through our secure shopping cart or give us a call at (800) 545-2147 to place an order over the phone.
There is usually a Customer Service Agent Standing by M-F 10-5pm PST to help answer your Questions.

Q: Is their a minimum order at that must be met to place an order?

A: No, We do not require a Minimum Order threshold to be met. All Orders are Welcome ;)
Occasionally you might find a product that requires a minimum amount to be ordered, due to packaging of the product. You will find this information on the respective product page for that product.

Q: Iíve placed my order. Can I add items after confirmation of the purchase?
A: There is a small window and minimum requirement if you would like to add items to your order once we have received it.   Packages are generally processed, packed, and ready to ship quickly.  So, you will need to Contact Us right away to see if any changes can be made to your order.  You can reach us by email or by phone (800) 545-2147.   Once the package has been shipped, we will not be able to make any changes to your order.

Q: Can I cancel my order at any time?
As long as the order has not been processed and shipped, you may cancel the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped you will then need to do a "RETURN" by following our Return Policies, and having an RMA # issued, etc.You can also Contact Us anytime for Full Return Instructions.

Q: Why can't I find the magnetic blinky pins anymore?

A: Most of the Magnetic Blinky Pins are obsolute due to rise in manufacturing costs on the magnetic backings. All the Blinky Pins, have been switched out to either safety pin backs, military clutch pins, or lanyard pins in an effort to keep your cost from rising on these popular pins. If you find you absolutely need an item with magnetic backing, do not hesitate to contact us, we can still have them manufactured in wholesale quantites if necessary.
There are still some very old CLOSEOUT Blinkys with these magnetic backings, as well.

Q: Since an item says it comes assorted, can I choose which colors I want?

A: Nope, because it wouldnít be fair for someone else who wanted an even assortment of colors but receives a bunch of one color because too many people demanded one or two specific colors.

Q: Does the 1 piece price mean wholesale or retail?

A: At we have tried to set Volume Pricing on all or most of our products. If only (1) quantity of an item is ordered, it is considered to be our "Retail Pricing", and you will see from each product page Volume Pricing chart the more you order the cheaper the product becomes, which represents our "Wholesale pricing". If you are a vendor and our looking at retailing our products and interested in purchasing our products in large volumes on our regular basis, you can always reach out to us and see if we can work out Special Customer Pricing.

Q: Why should I buy from versus other Blinky Vendors?

We have alot of experience selling led light up products, and are always working with our manufacturers to come out with New and exciting light up products to WOW the Marketplace.

Q: Does match competitor's prices?

A: checks competitor prices on a regular basis and we make sure our products are the lowest on comparable items. You may see some items that are cheaper than ours that look the same, don't be fooled. When you receive that item you will be disappointed, whether it be due to the low battery life of their product or lead, mercury, and dangerous materials. We use only commercial grade high quality lights that are compliant with CPSIA rules. Our threading is extremely smooth, our batteries are all fresh (and low mercury), and our lights are bright. Q: Does have a catalog?
A: Due to the types of products we carry and the fact that our products change pretty regularly, we don't have a standard print catalog. It's best to view products online, at our website, If you need something in print, please Contact Us Here, and provide us with your shipping address and we might have something we can send you about our products.

Q: What is BLINKEEZ'S Return Policy?

A: only accepts Returns on defective merchandise. will not accept returns on "used" merchandise, "unsold" merchandise or merchandise that shows any signs of neglect or misuse.

Any shortages or defects in the Merchandise must be reported to within seven (7) days of receipt of the Merchandise.  Before Merchandise is sent back as a return or an exchange the Customer must contact and get a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). To contact regarding your return, please Contact Us HERE and provide us with your Order #, Order Date, Full Order Billing Name, Product you wish to Return & Reason for Return, and we will get back to you within 24 Hours with your RMA# if Approved, and Return Instructions.
All Defective merchandise must be returned to within 14 days of receipt of the order. If one or more pieces of the Merchandise are found to be defective, Customer shall have the right to send back only that portion of the Merchandise that is defective. If we receive the merchandise and find that it is not defective, we reserve the right to impose an additional restocking fee of 25%, or we will ship the merchandise back to Customer at the Customer's expense.

Please make sure that all returns are sent back via an insured carrier. Make sure the package is insured for the value of the items you are shipping back. If the package is lost in route while being sent back to, it is the Customerís responsibility to handle the insurance claim with carrier.
Once has received the defective Merchandise from Customer, and has determined that the returned Merchandise is defective, shall, at its sole discretion provide to Customer one of the following solutions: a) refund Customer for all returned defective Merchandise; b) replace the defective Merchandise with new Merchandise; or c) exchange the Merchandise for other products, or apply Store Credit to a future Order.  Any credits back to a Credit Card can take up to 7 to 10 Business Days to show up depending on your bank.

NOTE:   We do not credit Shipping Charges on Returned items, because Shipping Charges were already paid to the Shipping Carriers to Ship your product and those fees are UNREFUNDABLE from the Shipping Carriers.


Q: What payment methods does accept?

A: accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For Discover, and Amex Orders we will have to process through our Paypal Account and will require an Authorization Form to be filled out in order to accept that payment method. Please Contact us Here to receive that form. also accepts Paypal.  Please select your payment option at Checkout by selecting your preferred payment choice. also pay with a company/organization check, or a Money Order, but the order will not ship until payment has been received. Keep in mind checks can take up to 7 to 10 days to clear depending on your bank. To pay using a Personal Check, please Contact us, we also have an E-check method for payment, and can send you details via email if you would like to pay by check.


Q: How much is Shipping?
A: Shipping Cost can vary from order to order. Shipping costs are usually determined by weight of box, how many boxes, and destination zones, and for Expedited Orders, also dimensions of boxes are taken into effect. We do add a slight shipping charge of $3-$4 to every order no matter how big or small to all orders to help offset packaging and materials fee, and high credit card fees associated with processing Credit Cards. Shipping fees are all determined by the individual Shipping Carrier chosen at checkout and not by You can verify these Shipping fees at their respective shipping carrier websites. Occasionally from time to time with large high volume bulky orders you might find a slight discrepancy one way or the other, and you are always welcome to have us provide a full shipping quote at any time by contacting us HERE, if you want us to re-evaluate the shipping charges on your order. ;)

Q: Do you have Express or Overnight Shipping?
A: Yes, we can use USPS Express 1-2 Shipping, or Fed or UPS Overnight.
Please keep in mind that we might attempt to Call you physically to confirm large overnight deliveries.
You might also be required to Sign for your Overnight Package, so please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to sign for he package.

 Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes. US Priority Mail is an option for all USA customers. You cannot ship FedEx or UPS shipments to PO Boxes.

Q: What international shipping methods does BLINKEEZ.COM offer?

A: BLINKEEZ.COM offers the following international shipping methods:
International Shipping can be very expensive, so it would be best to CONTACT US HERE for a full International Shipping Quote, so we can provide you with the most economical International shippping methods for your order, based on the size of your order, and your destination address.

Q: How long does it take to receive an international order?

A: Here are some Typcial International Shipping Transit Time Frames:
USPS FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL - 14 - 30 Business Days to Most States in the USA.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL INTERNATIONAL- 6 - 14 Business Days to Most States in the USA.
USPS EXPRESS MAIL INTERNATIONAL - 3 - 7 Business Days to Most States in the USA.
UPS STANDARD Ground to Canada - 5 - 7 Business Days to Most States in the USA.

** Because they are international, these time frames do not include customs' inspection of your package which could delay your shipment significantly. Customs does not delay packages very often, but it is possible that your package may be delayed.  BLINKEEZ.COM is not responsible for any delay caused by the inspection procedure. Please plan accordingly when placing your International order.

Q: Is there an import tax involved in my international order?

A: All international orders are subject to taxes and duties, at the time of delivery. These fees unfortunately have nothing to do with BLINKEEZ.COM and are controlled by your countrys Custom Office. Please be aware of these charges prior to placing an order. If the products ordered are subject to any taxes and duties they will be paid directly to the shipping carriers at the time of receiving your merchandise.
